Jason Scarlett is the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Innovation at the nation’s largest combined electric and natural gas municipal utility. For the past ten years, he has served as the organizations Chief Architect for next-generation cloud and on-premise IT solutions including the consolidation of CPS Energy data centers. Currently, he directs the organizations internal and external innovation programs and is heavily involved in the San Antonio new energy economy and technology startup communities.
In addition to 25 years of Utility industry experience, Jason has earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Masters in Engineering Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
