Brad has been at Vertex for the past 5 years as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all of the company’s accounting and administrative functions, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, human resources and the financial construct for Vertex customer contracts – all of which have capital and operational expense components to them. Prior to joining Vertex, Brad served as a CFO for two different subscription-based technology companies. Brad was the recipient of the CFO of the year award for software companies in 2015 from the Dallas Business Journal.
Brad is a CPA, a graduate of Texas A&M with his MBA from the University of Texas McCombs school of business. In his spare time, he is the father of 3 kids, an avid scuba diver and cyclist.
