Helen is a 30-year industry expert and serves as Utilligent’s Chief Customer Officer, offering a deep understanding of the fast-changing technology demands utilities face to better serve their customers. Her career has been dedicated to meeting this challenge, most recently as PG&E’s senior vice president of external affairs and public policy. Helen joined PG&E as the industry’s first Chief Customer Officer, accountable for the end-to-end customer engagement strategy, including a $2.2 billion smart meter program deploying over 10 million meters with significant IT integration into the utility’s CC&B system, and digital strategy. Prior executive positions include VP of Customer Billing and Operations at TXU Energy, the largest electric retailer in the fully-competitive Texas energy market
