As Director of Marketing Strategy for Direct Energy, Jayesh Shah has responsibility for marketing strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, go-to-market strategy and campaign execution for Direct Energy.
Since joining Direct Energy in 2012, Jay has served in several roles supporting the residential commercial team across Centrica, most recently as Direct Energy’s Commercial Director for Texas with responsibility for growing and maximizing operating profit through strategy development and execution across key GM functions: customer acquisition/retention, business development, product management, customer experience, and pricing.
Before joining Direct Energy, Jay worked in various consulting and strategy roles across the oil & gas, biotechnology, consumer goods and retail energy industries.
Jay resides in Houston, Texas, with his wife and three children.
